Philippine Robotics team represented by Philippine Science High School Eastern Visayas Campus (Palo, Leyte) won the GOLD medal for Regular/ Technical Category (Senior High School Level) at the World ROBOCOM Challenge 2017 held in Beijing, China. Other participating schools are : Livingstone International School (Angeles City) and JJAL Robotics Center (Olongapo City). Participating countries include : China, Bahrain, Mexico, Germany and more. The Philippine Robotics Team visited the Great Wall of China after the robotics competition.
