FELTA @DICT Policy Dialogue on AI In Education & Industry

Artificial Intelligence (AI) will change the way we do things. We must harness AI’s potential to uplift our citizens, our local industries, how we educate our learners and how it can grow our economy.

FELTA Multi-Media Inc. represented by President/ CEO Mylene Abiva is honored to be a member of the Analytics & Artificial Intelligence Association of the Philippines (AAP) and appointed Women in Tech (Robotics and Automation) President- Philippines by ASEAN ACIO.

Mylene Abiva is also an advocate of DICT Digital Innovation for Women Advancement (DIWA) founded by DICT USEC Jocelle Sigue.

The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Secretary Ivan Uy with DICT USEC Jocelle Sigue led the Policy Dialogue for AI in Education and Industry last December 15-16,2024 at the National Cybercrime Hub, BGC.

AI Dialogue also stressed the importance of incorporating a “whole society view” when creating and implementing policies for a nation. A holistic understanding of policy making, coupled with an outcome-based approach, will lead to plans and policies that comply with international AI ethics guidelines and increase global competitiveness.
